The numeric patterns detailed on this site cannot save you from your sins. They simply point us to the God who can: the Author of the Bible. He is the true and living God who created all things, and is above all, longsuffering in mercy, eternal, invisible, immortal, and holy in all His being. He created you and He loves you. That was proven ~2000 years ago when the Word became flesh so that He would be crucified at the cross of Calvary, as a sacrifice for all, when he took all our sins and bare them in his own body, cursed, and hanging on the tree in our place. Many people think their good deeds will be good enough to outweigh their bad on the day of judgment. What a terrifying day that will be, as they enter the presence of the Most Holy, having trusted their own goodness and the work of their own hands instead of those blood-drenched hands that were nailed upon the cross. We have all sinned. We are all guilty. We have all come short. The good news is that Jesus, the Son of God, tasted death in our place. Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: 1 Cor 15:3-4 How do you escape damnation? Call upon the Lord in sincerity. Stop trusting your own hands, and take His. 🤝 Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved. Visit truthischrist.com/grace for more information.

Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
Matthew 18:21-22
980 is the number of times that Jesus(‘) [PURE] is mentioned in the King James Bible.
So it’s beyond incredible to see that same result show up for Jesus + Christ in the first 7 books of the New Testament.
In the First 7 Books of the NT (Mat-1Cor)
Jesus(‘) = 757x (Pure)
Christ = 223x (Pure)
Total: (757 + 223) = 980x = 70×7 + 70×7 mentions of Jesus* + Christ in the first 7 books of the New Testament, excluding the 1 antimention of Jesus found in Acts 7:45 (which is a reference to Joshua son of Nun)
Since there are two names (Jesus & Christ), there are (980/2) = 490 = 70×7 avg. mentions of Jesus & Christ in the first 7 books of the King James Bible.
Seventy times seven is the equation that Jesus gives Peter after he asked how many times to forgive a brother. (See Matthew 18:21-22)
Our 21st-century English minds might wonder if there is too much of a logical break to consider Jesus’ (with the apostrophe) but not Christ’s.
However, a few major points resolve this doubt.
Firstly, “Christ’s” has a different pronunciation than Christ. But Jesus’ and Jesus both share the exact same pronunciation. This in itself would be logically sound according to the Bible itself:
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17
Secondly, “Christ’s” has 1 extra letter, whereas Jesus’ does not have an extra letter. In fact, it was impossible to tell apart standard vs possessive mentions of Jesus vs Jesus’ back in 1611- and for 151 years after that- since apostrophes were not used in the KJB until 1762.
That extra letter ‘s‘ in “Christ’s” also changes a few things such as alphanumeric values and overall letter counts.
Thirdly, we must consider that this is not the only pattern revolving around Jesus + Christ. There are many other patterns that intersect, including the parallel pattern of Jesus + Christ (Raw, no possessive mentions) in these same 7 books, which produce 973 mentions, equivalent to how many times Jesus (Raw, excluding possessive) shows up in the Bible, as well as 70×7 mentions (Raw) of Jesus(‘) + Christ(‘s) in the first 7 epistles, as well as the simple fact that there are 77 mentions of Jesus Christ(‘s) + Christ Jesus(‘).
Last, but not least, we should recognize that this pattern is not meant to stand on its own, but to simply bear witness to and support its overarching pattern: Jesus* = 980 mentions (Pure), or 70×7 + 70×7 in the Bible. 757 of those 980 mentions of Jesus* are here in the first seven books, and when we simply add those mentions together with Christ, the total sum yields 980x.
A skeptic may dismiss this as just another coincidence, but at what point do all these coincidences become undeniable proof of intentional design?
